"Pretty dependable most days"
I use Viber every day, the notifications usually come through right on time, which keeps me happy. Every now and then they show up a little late when my phone is in battery saver mode, and that can be mildly annoying if I’m waiting on a message. But for the most part, my chats and calls pop up fine. It’s not flawless, but it’s reliable enough that I don’t really stress about it.

"Reliable for everyday chats"
I’ve been using Viber for years, mostly to keep in touch with family, and it’s been really dependable. What I like most is that messages usually go through without any fuss, even if my internet is a bit spotty. Once the signal comes back, they send, and I can see if they were delivered or seen. I haven’t had many issues with delays either. If you just want a simple messaging app that works well, I’d say it’s worth considering.

"Contacts showed up pretty much right away"
Put Viber on my new phone and my contacts just kinda popped in almost right away. I didn’t have to sit there adding everyone one by one, thank god. A couple took a little minute to show up, but after that it was all good. Simple, does what it’s supposed to.

"Great for staying close to family"
I mostly use Viber for calls and messages with my family, and it’s been really reliable for me. The chats feel private and secure, and I’ve never run into any strange login problems or anything frustrating. It’s a simple app, but it does exactly what I need it to do. it just makes me feel comfortable and connected, so it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

"Got Back Into My Viber Faster Than I Expected"
I switched phones and lost access to my viber account, i was ready for it to become a whole annoying situation. But to be fair, the recovery steps were actually clear, and I got back in quicker than I thought I would. I know people complain about this kind of thing, but in my case it worked fine and didn’t stress me out too much.

I mostly use Viber for group chats with my family and a few close friends, it’s become one of those little everyday tools that helps everyone feel connected. Messages usually come through fast, and sharing photos is simple, which is great when we’re sending family updates or random moments from the day. The only thing that gets annoying is when a group is super active and the notifications start feeling a bit chaotic. Searching through old messages could also be easier. But overall, it does what I need it to do, and I still open it every day because it keeps those small conversations going

"Useful app, but the battery drain..."
I use viber pretty much every day for calls and messages, and it works well most of the time. Calls are usually clear enough, messages come through quickly, all that. The main thing I’ve noticed is the battery drain. If I leave it running in the background, my phone seems to lose charge faster than normal. It’s not awful or anything, but still... you notice it. I’d still give it 4 stars because it’s a really useful app overall.

I’ve been using Viber mostly when I’m on mobile data, it’s been a nice surprise. It doesn’t seem to chew through my GBs the way some other messaging apps do, which is a big deal for me. Calls come through clear even when my signal isn’t perfect, and sending messages or photos is usually quick. For how I use it day to day, it feels reliable and easy to stick with.

I use it for calls and chats and it usually works well. I haven’t had many issues, but sometimes things load a little slow, which can be annoying when I’m in a hurry and just trying to reply or jump on a call quickly.

I’ve been using Viber mostly for family calls, and it’s been reliable.
